In 2014, Suncoast Hospice contracted with their marketing agency, &Barr, to rebrand their organization to better reflect the breadth of services available to residents of Pinellas County. EmpathHealth.org is the centerpiece of that new brand. This responsive site launched with more than 70 pages of content ranging from service descriptions, event calendars and location details to press releases, a blog, photo galleries and multiple contact forms.
As Director of Interactive Production at &Barr, I was involved throughout the project in a number of roles, from discovery to launch and post-launch, including:
- Card sorting
- Site map development
- Persona development
- Supervision of traffic manager during creative development
- Content development & QA
- Overall project management
- Technical contact for developers & client
- Content population
- Functional/multi-platform site QA
- WordPress documentation & client training
